What we remove

Odor and stain removal in Katy, Sugar Land and Richmond driveways.

Air fresheners cover a smell for a day. Houston heat brings it right back, because the residue is still in the foam. We take the residue out.

Smoke and pet odor in Houston cars

Odor lives in seat foam, carpet padding, the headliner and the vents. We extract the residue, treat it with enzyme cleaner, then run ozone to neutralize what is left in the cabin air.

Seat and carpet stains in Katy and Sugar Land

Hot water extraction pulls coffee, juice, mud and food out of the fabric and foam, not just off the surface. Set-in dye stains are the rare exception, and we tell you before we start.

Embedded pet hair in Richmond SUVs and vans

Dog hair weaves into carpet loops and seat fabric. Rubber brushes and compressed air loosen it, the vacuum lifts it, and extraction takes the dander and smell with it.

The process

How we get smells out of a car in Fort Bend humidity.

  1. Find the source

We check seats, carpet, mats, trunk and headliner to see where the odor or stain actually sits.

  2. Loosen and lift

Pet hair and debris come up first with brushes, compressed air and a full vacuum.

  3. Steam and extract

Steam and hot water extraction flush stains and odor residue out of fabric and foam.

  4. Treat the air

Enzyme treatment on the problem spots, then ozone to neutralize odor in the vents and cabin.

Mildew from a leak is different: it comes back until you fix the leak. Read how to get smells out of a car in Texas heat for what you can do yourself first, or see every interior detailing package in Houston.

Questions

Odor and pet hair removal in Houston, answered.

Ozone odor elimination is a $99 add-on to any interior detail, which starts at $189 for a sedan. Most smoke and pet odors need the extraction in the Premium ($299 sedan) plus ozone, or the Elite at $399, which includes ozone, enzyme treatment and pet hair removal. SUVs and trucks add $50, 3-row and XL add $100.

Ozone works on the odor left in the air, vents and foam once the source is gone. It cleans nothing by itself, so it runs last. On the Interior Premium ($299 sedan) we steam clean and extract the seats and carpet first, and the Elite adds a headliner deep clean. An Essential with ozone suits light odor only. Heavy long-term smoking may need a second pass.

Embedded dog hair weaves into carpet loops, so a vacuum alone leaves most of it. We loosen it with rubber brushes and compressed air, then vacuum, and the Premium and Elite extract the carpet as well. Intensive pet hair removal is a $50 add-on on the Essential and Premium and is included in the Elite.

Yes. Steam cleaning and hot water extraction on seats and carpet are part of the Interior Premium and Elite, done in your driveway or garage. Our rigs carry their own water tanks and generator power, so you provide nothing.

Heat and humidity reactivate odor trapped in seat foam, carpet padding and the cabin air path. A spill or pet smell that seemed gone in winter comes back on the first 95 degree day. Removing the residue with extraction and enzyme treatment is what stops the cycle.

Expect 2 to 4 hours for an Interior Premium or Elite, depending on vehicle size and condition. Heavy pet hair or stain work can add an hour, and the ozone treatment runs during the same visit.
